Avoid the junk foods as far as possible. Stay physically active Try to get at least thirty minutes of physical activities everyday. Staying active will help you to build resistance against such cancer as colon and breast cancer. Any kind of exercise is good for your health. If you can not afford to go to gym everyday, just try to have a brisk walking or jogging to keep you fit. Also make it a point to refrain from too much drinking and throwing yourself too much exposed to sun.
